1. Definition
f2f was online platform for sell different different teacher course on our platform. f2f was platform for interaction between student and teacher.
2. Refund Policy*
Kindly know refund are processed every 15th day. i.e twice a month due to our SLA with our aggregator. For example if you request your refund on 2nd January and the same has been approved by the customer support, you will get the refund processed by 15th of January 2021 and if you have raised the refund request after 15th January the refund will be processed on 30th January. In certain cases we may ask for alternate payment method to refund like UPI.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of placing them. You can request a cancellation by writing to helpdesk within 24 hours. Your order will be cancelled we will initiate the refund to your source account. Please note that the refunded amount may take 5-7 days to reflect in your source account or card.
This Cancellation Policy is not valid for orders made during Sale Days.
4. Shipping Policy
f2f was digital platform. we cant ship any physical item to student or teacher. we only server live classes to student reason of that we have not ship any item to student and teacher.
5. After Purchase Course
After purchase the course if teacher demand any payment from student out of app then cant pay any payment. if student pay any payment to teacher directly then f2f as not responsible for that payment.
6. Payment
for payment we use third party payment gateway. you are follow all the payment condition. we cant accept any of out of app payment or transection.
